Home Decor | Hollywood Regency Gold Mirror Frames Candle Holder Sconce Shelves - a Pair WH87588

This is a pair of wall mirror frames (unfortunately, no mirror glass remains) with attached candle sconces. They have a thick plywood backing, and the ornate decorative elements are made of some kind of composite material. I believe they are Hollywood Regency style, made sometime in the early or mid-century, possibly as early as the 1930s or as late as the 1960s. I really can't be sure of age or origin, but they are definitely vintage.

They are each approximately 28" tall, 17.5" wide, and 4.75" deep. Each frame has a metal D ring style hanger attached to the back. These are not original.

**Please note, you will receive the frames only. The mirror glass is missing from both frames.**

These frames are in fair pre-owned condition. The composite is chipped in a few places on each frame. There is some paint loss, not only in the chipped areas, but a few other places as well. One frame has a large chip missing from the bottom and front edge of the shelf. This chip is the most visible defect. On the same frame, the plywood backing is chipped and cracked, and some pieces are peeling off. These frames are beautiful, but need a little love to look their best again. Please see photos for more details.
